All the way to Memphis we go......ta da ta da ta ta

Good Morning all you "HAPPY CAMPERS" Oh ya!!! I am the happy camper... Oh yes and Chris the happy camper too..
Good Morning all you lovely ladies and gentlemen....

I Hope & Pray for a cure so no others have to be struck with the horrible disease... Tell everyone you know to go out and get a mammogram... Early detection is the best defence... It can make a HUGE difference. It did for me...

Our attitude toward life determines life’s attitude towards us

The road to Memphis was good... As I remember from last trip through this area the road (I40) was in desperate need of repair. The trip was about 286 miles which went by pretty fast... We went from Sunshine to Rain to Sunshine and then finished up with a light shower after we got all set up in the campground. We did see some changing of the leaves but very little unlike we did up in the Dakota's... the closer we got to Memphis the less there was...

Here are some pictures taken through the front window... So any buggie splats you see I am sorry... I know ewwwwww.... If can't see them and you want to just enlarge pictures... lol

I am not sure what this crop on the left is but it was pretty and of course the other is cotton fields which I always find to be pretty... like snow

Love the tugboats that go up & down the Mississippi River. They travel all day and night.

The first picture is a view from out our front window and the second is of course the moon shots I love so dearly... The full moon is tonight so don't forget to go out and HOWL at the moon...

Sorry the pictures are a little hazy but it was a hazy day off and on... We have no site seeing plans for today but sit outside by the river and watch all the tugsboats and barges go by...

Until Later

Oh, and ribs.....If I were there I would just leave you 3 there watching the tugboats and I would go soak up the vibes from Elvis. I know he's waiting for me to come back.

Hi Donna...Sounds heavenly to sit by a lazy river or maybe it's not a lazy river and watch the barges go by...wonder what all the cargo is and where it'll end up? By the way, I love how you do your pictures side-by-side like that...I'm not at all computer literate but if you could explain it SIMPLY would you send me an answer to my email:

No rush...just whenever! ;-) Bo

I didn't see any bug splats on your windshield, lol. Great pictures. How do you decide where to go next and where to stop for the night? Do you plan this all out ahead of time?
Have fun, and I hope you get over to Graceland to take some pics.

I'm so glad you came by to visit. We have several friends who full-time RV and they love it. We don't full-time, but do a lot of RVing in the 6 months of summer here in CO.

Your photos are great. I love that you took them through the window of your RV. That's what I do a lot - and they turn out pretty good.

I'd love to have you on my favorites. I'll follow your blog now too. It's great to meet new blogging friends - especially RVing friends! :)

Smiles.
