For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.

Morning, sweet Donna!!! That orange salad sounds delicious. I'm hoping you're going to have a beautiful weekend.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
That sounds like a good tasting treat! I like Audrey's little poem too.
Donna, that was great! We're going to try that salad recipe, using low-fat and/or sugar free whenever possible.
Mz Hepburn's message was right on target also!
Thanks for sharing!

I've always been a big Audrey Hepburn fan and I remember this poem being read at her funeral...no truer words have ever been spoken! She was such a classy lady through and through.
That fruit salad looks delicious! I make one similar but use vanilla pudding and cool whip instead of cottage cheese because I don't like that stuff! lol
Have a wonderful weekend my friend. xoxo
