One Short Stop and Then Back Home

We left Cedar Key and headed towards Crystal River to Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park... What a great park it is and we have decided we liked it so much that we may stay there next winter (2012).


While there we had some friends come and meet up with us... Great fun ~ the first day we went to Crackers to eat, it's located right on the river, and we all had the Grouper Sandwich.... and the guys had a few beers.... It was a great time for catching up and enjoying the atmosphere.



The next day we headed out for a late lunch at Red Lobster ~ it's the Shrimp all you can eat extravaganza.... YUMMO!


After we ate we went back to our motorhomes and played Hand & Foot ~ It had been a long time since we played and we really had fun....


Great Food ~ Great Friends ~ Great FUN!

    Love the sunset picture! We have never played Hand and Foot. Maybe one day we can meet up somewhere and you guys can teach us???? Would be fun!!!
    That sandwich sure looks good. I have been dieting and boy do I miss EATING!!

    We haven't played hand and foot either...sign us up for some lessons too!

    That grouper sandwich sure made me hungry.

    We have a Thousand Trails membership we can go to in Crystal River that we plan on going to one of these months.

    Now you know why we love Rock Crusher Canyon. We're anxious to get back "home." We'll be there the second week in Nov. If you are still there when you read this, you MUST go check out "The Freezer". Ask any of the locals or Mike & Sandy the managers and they'll tell ya how to find it. GREAT steamed shrimp-the best and with a cold beer-nothing better.

    Just curious, are you not blogging, or are you having problems trying to blog like I am. I can't seem to write anything other than the Title. After that it just won't do anything but go around in a cute, annoying circle.
