The Florida Panhandle has many miles of the most beautiful beaches with the whitest sands. There are many areas you can go and have hardly anyone there and it's like having your own private beach. Our daughter Denise, her husband Franks and the grandkids came up to spend a week with us but they stayed at the beautiful Margariteville Hotel. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful beaches & pool at the hotel everyday while they were here.
The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and splashing on the edge of the water

We bobbed around in the water which was the perfect temperature.
As you can see there is hardly anyone on the beach and it was nice to enjoy the day in the water and lounging around without the crowded beach...
Sure does look like the kids were having a lot of fun. Nearly empty beaches are the kind I like.

ReplyDeleteThat ocean looks pretty inviting - what a beautiful beach.
ReplyDeleteI forgot how much fun one can have in Pensacola. Helen and I will have to get there again, before another hurricane washes out the road again.

I love the composition of the "kids" photos. And, I just can't get over how "white" the sand is....I want WHITE silver sands here too now.
