♥♥♥Our Romantic Dinner♥♥♥

This is a little late but our Valentine dinner was a BIG success and everything turned out wonderfully... Thanks to all of you who wished us a happy day... and I hope your day was equally wonderful. I love you all my bloggin buddies...

Here are a few pictures from our Romantic Dinner... Now remember it is no tablescape entry... For goodness sakes I live in a motorhome and have only a small set of Corelleware... LOL LOL The day was lovely... no pressures and we just enjoyed each others company, good food & great movies...
We ended up watching Somewhere in Time and 6 Days 7 Nights...

Both great movies

My Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake came out pretty good considering you needed a food processor to make it and in the motorhome I only have a 2 cup processor. Needless to say I am pretty adaptable and made the filling in batches. It was delicious and Ralph was a very happy man with his Valentine dessert.

Our steak dinner was so incredibly good. Ralph BBQ'd the steaks to perfection just the way I love them... Medium rare and then I decided to just bake the potatoes too. After the cheesecake I decided I didn't want to do the twice baked... LOL LOL

We really enjoyed our day...
Until Later
