TUGBOATS BIG & SMALL

OK a FUN Something PINK today and you guys know the drill

We spent the entire day sitting around and watching the barges go up & down the mighty Mississippi River... ok so it's not my ship coming in but it did make me HAPPY... So I am going to bore you to death with the pictures...

Early Morning shot of a barge coming down the Mississippi River and one of the smaller tugs pushing a little barge.. Just the cutest little thing... Reminds me of the little engine that could...

Here are 2 barges passing each other... To me that takes some kinda doing to get that close without hitting each other... and then a back shot of the larger tugboat pushing the barge

OK... did you know that the Coast Guard patrolled the Mississippi in boats like this.. I sure didn't and never gave thought that they had to... but now I am thinking... are there terrorist here on our river.... Go get them boys...

Here is a photo of our Tassie all snugged up in her spot and a picture of the river bank

Another photo of Tassie again and the swimming hole...

Tassie isn't she so photogenic LOL & river bank

These little flowers are all over the grown... Not very big but make a beautiful blanket of color on the grass... Can you see Barry for the Bee Movie in this photo.. Look close he is there...

Now here is our FOO FOO dog Tiffany, a little Bichon Frises... Doesn't she look ready to take off with those ears flopping in the breeze... How cute is she...

One other thing to close with... This little clip is of a Tugboat pushing a barge down the river... Nothing extraordinary BUT listen to the music coming from the tug

Did you HOWL at the moon last night?????

Until Later

Hugs And Kisses

Your RV named Tassie is such a beautiful looking home...I would love to travel like this one day..

Tiffany is so cute and must bring you many hours of pleasure..we had a white Persian cat name Tiffany who had to be put to sleep two years ago...I would love another cat , but three birds in the house would not work out very well...

    Have a great day , hugs..Baba

  5. I love the pictures. Seeing the tugboat reminds me of the day we went to San Diego to see my son's Navy ship coming home from war. The tugboat was guiding the big ship into port.
Cute pictures of your dog, Tiffany,
I bet she loves traveling with you.
Your rv spot looks like a nice one with a shade tree and enough room between each one to open the slide outs and put out the awning.
    Have fun.

  11. Holy cow, how loud was that music that you were able to hear it from the shore? Barges confuse me. Don't they have motors to move themselves???????

I love Tiffany and want to cuddle with her!
